Low Density PolyEthylene (LDPE)

LDPE film  is one of the most widely used types of plastic films, which is used in various industries due to its unique properties.

LDPE film features

High flexibility: LDPE film is very flexible and easily formed.
Impact resistance: This film has good resistance to impact and tearing.
Good chemical resistance: It is resistant to many chemicals.
Transparency: Some types of this film are transparent.
Low density: It has a low density, which makes it lightweight.
LDPE film production process
LDPE film is usually produced using an extrusion process. In this process, LDPE granules are melted and passed through a flat die to form a film. The produced film is then cooled and wound into large rolls.

LDPE Film Applications

Food Packaging: Due to its resistance to moisture, grease and odor, it is used to package food products such as fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy products.
Non-Food Packaging: Used to package non-food products such as clothing, cosmetics, industrial products, etc.
Protective Coatings: Used to protect various surfaces such as floors, walls and furniture.
Garbage Bags: Used to produce garbage bags of various types.
Agricultural Films: Used to cover greenhouses and silos.
