    Method of Alpha-Methyl Styrene Production
    Alpha-Methyl Styrene is usually produced as a by-product of the cumene production process. In this process, cumene reacts with oxygen to form cumene hydroperoxide. Cumene hydroperoxide is then decomposed into phenol and alpha-methyl styrene.
